PJSC “Novovolynsk Foundry” is one of the largest casting plants in the western region of Ukraine, which manufactures castings from steel, grey iron, non-ferrous metals, and alloys. The plant is a member of the Ukrainian Foundry Association. The quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 has been implemented. Certification of product conformity with the requirements of Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of Railway Rolling Stock" (KazZhTs) has been implemented. The Council on Railway Transport has assigned PJSC “Novovolynsk Foundry” the plant reference number 1353 to be branded on castings in the manufacture of components for rolling stock. The trademark (PJSC “Novovolynsk Foundry”) is registered in the State Register of Trademark Certificates of Ukraine.
The main types of production of the PJSC “Novovolynsk Foundry” include products for railway rolling stock, machinery industry, automotive and agricultural machinery, as well as church bells. The enterprise has modern laboratories certified by the Scientific and Production Center for Standardization and Metrology, which allow obtaining accurate data on the chemical analysis of alloys, mechanical properties, properties of molding sands, coatings, etc. for compliance with the technological parameters.
Production has been overhauled through the purchase of new and modernization of existing production equipment; new technologies are being introduced to save energy resources, improve environmental performance, reduce production costs and improve the quality of products. The company develops new types of products, constantly improves the level of qualifications of its employees and labor productivity.
